What is Bulk SMS?
Bulk SMS is the sending of text messages from a business to many customers at once through a messaging platform. It is used for transactional messages such as OTPs and order updates, and for promotional campaigns such as offers and announcements. SMS works on every mobile phone without an app or internet connection.
What is the WhatsApp Business API?
The WhatsApp Business API is the official way for businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale from their own systems. Businesses send approved template messages such as order updates, reminders and OTPs, and customers can reply to start a two-way conversation handled by agents or automation, all from a verified business profile.
What is RCS Business Messaging?
RCS Business Messaging is the business version of Rich Communication Services, the standard that upgrades SMS in the default messaging app on supported Android phones. It lets businesses send verified, branded messages with images, carousels, suggested replies and action buttons.
How is RCS different from SMS?
SMS is plain text limited to 160 characters. RCS supports rich media, interactive buttons and a verified branded sender. RCS needs a supported device, so it is usually paired with SMS fallback to make sure every customer receives the message.
What is business voice communication?
Business voice communication is the use of phone calls, automated or agent-led, to inform, support and engage customers. It includes voice notifications, IVR menus, inbound and outbound calling, voice broadcasting and click-to-call.
What is Email Marketing?
Email marketing is the use of email to inform, engage and retain customers. It covers promotional campaigns and newsletters, lifecycle emails such as onboarding, and transactional email such as receipts and account notices.
Can businesses use multiple channels?
Yes. Most businesses benefit from a combination: SMS for urgent updates, WhatsApp for two-way conversations, RCS for rich content, email for detail and records, and voice for reminders and calls. We help you design a channel mix that fits each customer interaction.
Which communication channel should I choose?
It depends on the moment. Choose SMS for time-sensitive notifications and OTPs, WhatsApp when customers should be able to reply and act, RCS for visual and interactive content, email for detailed communication and records, and voice when a message must be heard or the customer prefers a call. See the side-by-side channel comparison on the Services page, or tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will recommend a fit.
How much does business messaging cost?
Pricing depends on the channel, your message volume and, for WhatsApp and RCS, the template category and per-conversation fees set by the platform. There is no single price list because usage varies so much between businesses. Share your expected volumes and channel mix through the contact form and we will come back with a plan built around them.
Can you support high-volume communication?
Our services are designed for growing communication requirements, from a few hundred messages a day to large campaigns. Share your expected volumes and use case with us and we will plan the setup accordingly.
Do you support OTP communication?
Yes. OTPs are delivered over a prioritised transactional SMS route, with voice OTP available as a fallback where needed.
What industries do you serve?
We work with banking and finance, e-commerce, healthcare, education, logistics, retail, real estate, travel and hospitality, and SaaS and technology companies, among others.
